saturday is alright

I forgot to show you I finished the Stones quilt the other day! I like it. I have to say the wavy lines quilting is VERY forgiving! Not sure it worked to build my patience with machine quilting, but it was fun anyway!Just a few other goodies on the design wall... to many ideas, so little time...
not enough wall space!

OH! I finally got my Janome 4800 machine fixed after three machine repair people in my hood messed it up and rendered it unusable for over a year.... I was able to send it direct to the company after speaking with the Janome people in Houston. Well that alone mad emy trip worth it!
I had it back a few days later and sews like a dream...once again...

I am now officially convinced that you have more hours in the day than I do. What do you have 40? 45 hours? Love the wavy lines. I did that on a Nemo ocean quilt once.

Great stuff. I am so happy that you got your machine back. I don't know the back story, but I am sorry the local shops messed it up so badly, but happy to know Janome could and did fix it both quickly and right.

It's beautiful! There's always so much inspiration coming from your design wall.

Meant to tell you yesterday that I love your new haircut. Very chic!

love the stones quilt, and am intrigued by the wonky lime green and teal windmill block on your design wall.

How wonderful to have another quilt finished - well done! It's a really lovely one too. Love the circles and that pinky colour.

I'm not sure I could handle seeing all my unfinished work on a wall like that. Too much pressure. I prefer to hide my projects.

That's another stunner V! I took a load of pics at a quilt show with your stones in mind! I'll be blogging about it very soon!

Wow, I absolutely love your stones quilt and everything about it. Fantastically quilted. Your design wall is inspiring to look at, I'm sure if I had three of them, I'd manage to fill them up.
