wednesday's delight

My ALL MINE QUILT is complete.
I may not have finished much this summer, but I am thrilled to have this one done!

the colors are pretty intense in the sunlight!
I just realized my crazy shadow on that photo above. I look like a VERY TALL statue....

**

But this one shows the color spot on. Thanks again Kathie for starting me on this gift!

And WOW!

How about that moon last night!

I love your mix of colors, especially the striped binding and the burgundy fabric in the inner border. About how big is this?

V, The quilt looks great. Have you taken a nap under it yet? It looks like a quilt that would give you sweet dreams. Your hydrangeas look gorgeous! Happy sewing!

My daughter walked past the computer while I had your page up with the picture of this quilt, and she says, "Ohhh, I like that!" Doesn't it feel great to have something finished?

I was thinkin that your shadow looked like one of those ceramic statuettes by Lladro...tall and graceful.

Love the all-mine quilt! I've never done a tumblers quilt and the companion fabrics you selected to fill it out are just spot on. I know you'll enjoy it.

Question: How did you get that first turquoise side border to be wavy like that? It's amazing.

Stunning! That's quite an accomplishment. Congrats!
